Fodor's Review:
Situated on a lovely, narrow piazza, Salotto 42 is open from morning until late in the evening. The cozy-sleek room (high-backed velvet chairs, zebra-print rug, chandeliers) reflects the owners' Roman-New York-Swedish pedigree as it moves from daylight bar with smorgasboard to cocktail design den complete with art books and local sophisticates.
