Rooftop Bar of the Hotel Raphael is one of the more fabled bars of Rome, noted for its perch overlooking the campaniles and palazzi of the Piazza Navona, a block away. No matter that the fancy hotel may be notorious for its snooty staff -- it's worth risking the chill to bask in the beauty here.
