This small hotel-restaurant occupies the 17th-century Palazzo Filisio and is superbly positioned in front of the Duomo, in a quiet piazza by the sea. Rooms are modern and rather plain, with polished wood floors. The restaurant has attractive stonework and vaulted ceilings. Regional specialties are imaginatively presented in dishes like grilled fish and baked crepes (similar to cannelloni). Reservations are essential for Sunday lunch and for dinner on summer weekends. The restaurant is closed on Monday.
