Fodor's Expert Review Vò
Editor's Note: This location is no longer in operation.
The two-man team of sommelier Luca Cossu and chef Stefano Borra have turned this small and intimate restaurant into one of Turin's top eateries. The food is Piedmontese with a definite French twist. You'll find a varied and interesting menu, with two highlights being the tasty risotto al Franciacorta e crescione mantecato al burro bianco (with sparkling white wine, watercress, and white butter) and scaloppa di rombo in crosta di riso nero con farinata alle olive e carciofi (turbot in a crust of black rice, olives, and artichoke). The two available tasting menus are reasonably priced.
