Very popular at lunchtime during the week, this small and informal osteria is right in the heart of Turin's business district. The service is relaxed, the decor low-key, and the menu highlights organic meats and vegetables from the region. The tortino di verdura (vegetable flan) and the gnocchi con pecorino, pancetta e fave (with sheep's cheese, bacon, and broad beans) make for a light and satisfying meal. There's a good selection of Piedmont wines.
