The elegant, formal dining room of the Locanda del Pilone hotel is one of the best restaurants in the region, serving refined variations of traditional dishes. The risotto carnaroli cru "Campo dell'Aia," scampi e cardi Gobbi di Nizza Monferrato (a white-wine risotto with shrimp and cardoons) is as delicious as it is unusual.
