Vintage 1997 Review
The first floor of an elegant town house in the center of Turin makes a fitting location for this sophisticated restaurant. You might try such specialties as vitello tonnato alla vecchia maniera (roast veal with a light tuna sauce made without mayonnaise) or merluzzo in crosta di erbette con patate e scalogno caramellato (cod filet in a crust of herbs served with potatoes and caramelized scallions). For the especially hungry food-lover there's the Piemunt Plus menu, a 13-course feast that covers the full range of the restaurant's cuisine. There's an excellent wine list, with regional, national, and international vintages well represented.
