The numerous tourist offices in Naples aren't always open when they claim to be, but most are generally open from Monday to Saturday 8:30-8 and Sunday 8:30-2 except where noted. There's an EPT (Ente Provinciale per il Turismo) office in Stazione Centrale, where the people are quite friendly and helpful; the main administrative center (with an atmosphere of Baroque mothballs) is in Piazza dei Martiri, and is open weekdays 8:30-2. There's also a branch at Stazione Mergellina. An AACST office specializes in information on old Naples but generally just gives out brochures. A second office, which is closed Sunday, is handily inside the Palazzo Reale.
