La Fontelina Review

Given its position right on the water's edge, seafood is almost de rigueur here, but for a slightly different starter, try the polpette di melanzane (eggplant fritters); then dip into the vegetable buffet. The house sangria is a highly recommendable, blissful mix of white wine and fresh fruit. La Fontelina also functions as a lido, with steps and ladders into fathoms-deep blue water, and this location—accessible by boat from Marina Piccola or on foot from Punta Tragara (10 minutes)—makes it a good place to spend a delightfully comatose day. Only lunch is served and reservations are recommended during high season.

    La Fontelina Review

Really good food (only open for lunch though). Bruschetta- the freebie pre-appetiser is scrumptious, and a sign of the delights to follow. Pasta & seafood were all excellent. Would highly recommend a jug of their Sangria.
People watching is great, so is the scenery, and get the boat back- don't climb up the hill!
