Fodor's Review:

One of the newest of the city's rapidly expanding list of luxury hotels, Palazzo Alabardieri is just off the chic Piazza dei Martiri. A spacious marble-floor lobby makes the place feel bigger than it actually is, yet maintains a feeling of discretion and intimacy. The hotel prides itself on its comfortable accommodations, especially its marble bathrooms. Pros: Impressive common areas; good location near restaurants, cafés, and wine bars. Cons: No sea view, difficult to reach by car.
