Fodor's Review:

Though it identifies itself as a cultural and gastronomic association, Vadinchenia has all the trimmings of a high-class restaurant. You will be steered through an innovative menu against a backdrop of refreshingly minimalist decor. Adventurous palates will enjoy such bold combinations as paccheri alle alici e pecorino (pasta with sardines and sheep's-milk cheese), and meat eaters will delight in the brasato di carne al vino rosso(braised beef in red wine).
