Fodor's Review

At this haute-cuisine vegetarian haven near Piazza della Repubblica, delicious dishes—all without eggs and many without flour—are artistically prepared by chef Pietro Leemann. Vegetarians, who often get short shrift in Italy, will marvel at the variety of culinary offerings and artistry here. The ever-changing dishes here are presented in unusual formats: tiny glasses of creamed vegetables or ravioli in the shape of a human hand. For the best sampling of the creative foods on offer, try one of the interesting tasting menus: €75 for the five-course Discovery menu, €85 for the eight-course Emphasis on Nature, €110 for the 16-course Zenith, or, for a better deal, the €35 tasting menu at lunch.
