Hotel Spadari al Duomo Review

That this chic city center inn is owned by an architect's family shows in the details, including custom-designed furniture and paintings by young Milanese artists on rotating display in the stylish guest rooms. For all the artistic accents, this is still a comfortable, homey base in Milan, with an inviting frescoed breakfast room and many rooms with private terraces. Personal touches, such as a collection of short stories on the turned-down beds, abound.

    Hotel Spadari al Duomo Review

    Downtown location but quiet and intimate. Room (non-suite) was spacious and all decor interesting. Breakfast fantastic, as well as "happy hour" snacks. Staff attention to guests was truly outstanding. Would stay there again when visiting Milan. Worth the price!

    Who could ask for more?

    At the risk of outing a small treasure, the Spadari is a real breath of fresh air from the typically designed, faded decor of so many older hotels. Spacious rooms (by European standards), excellent breakfast, perfect location, and, above all, staff that seems to care about your having a wonderful experience.

    Service and style, it has it all.

    Posted by Jim from Ann Arbor, Mi. The service and accommodations were among the best of any hotel that we have stayed in. The staff were extremely helpful and found us many restaurants in the area as well as giving us directions for our touring and shopping. We will definitely stay here on on next trip to Milan.
