Hotel Principe di Savoia Milano Review

Milan's grande dame has all the trappings of an exquisite traditional luxury hotel: lavish mirrors, drapes, and carpets, limousine services, and the city's largest guest rooms, outfitted with eclectic fin de siècle furnishings. The Deluxe Mosaic rooms (named for the glass mosaic panels in their ample bathrooms) are even larger, and the three-bedroom Presidential Suite features its own marble pool. The Principe bar is an elegant aperitivo spot, and the Acanto restaurant has garden seating and is open from breakfast to dinner. Lighter food is served in Il Salotto reception area.

    Principe di Savoia Review

Poor, very poor. We were kept awake all night by a noisy wedding (noisy drumming, noisy band) going on downstairs in the hotel. We called reception to complain. They refused to ask the band to to turn down the music. They also refused to refund the cost of the lost nights sleep. For 300 euros per night for a premium room, you expect a comfortable nights sleep. Poor, very poor customer service.
