Triennale Design Museum

Triennale Design Museum Review

After decades of false starts and controversy, Milan's Triennale is a museum that honors Italy's design talent, as well as offering a regular series of exhibitions on design from around the world. Originally the home of triennial decorative arts shows, a spectacular bridge entrance leads to a permanent collection, an exhibition space, and a stylish café (whose seating is an encyclopedia of design icons). The Triennale also manages the museum-studio of designer Achille Castiglione in nearby Piazza Castello.
