Milan, Lombardy, and the Lakes Restaurants

La Sosta Review

This traditional osteria prides itself as being part of the international Slowfood movement and looks to the 16th century for culinary inspiration, following a time-tested recipe for a favored first course, gnocchi Vecchia Cremona. The homemade salami is also excellent. To finish off the evening, try the semifreddo al torroncino (chilled almond cake) and a dessert wine.
