This rustic trattoria is more sophisticated than it first appears, with an extensive wine cellar and nouvelle-style twists on local dishes. Specialties include agnello con rosmarino e timo (lamb with rosemary and thyme), persico con rosmarino (perch with rosemary), and carpaccio d'anatra all'aceto balsamico (duck carpaccio with balsamic vinegar). The assaggio di pesce di lago (assortment of lake fish) is a worthy introduction to regional delights.
