Fodor's Review:
On a quiet side street off Via Dante, this 14-room hotel is minutes—and light-years—away from Milan's bustling downtown. Rooms are on the second and third floors (four have private terraces), but you check in at ground-floor reception and take breakfast in the dining room at number 8. Reserve early for the terrace rooms. Pros: Central and cozy. Con: Rooms are scattered around floors.

Buyer Beware!

The rooms were disgraceful and not at all like what was advertised on the hotel's website. In addition to which the service was desultory and the personnel were generally rude. Last but not least, the hotel manager agreed to reduce our bill when we complained, then charged us for the full stay once we departed the hotel. One of the worst experiences I have ever had in a lifetime of frequent travel to Europe.
Perfect location

Just steps off the main walking street leading down to the Duomo and shopping, this quiet small inn was a perfect choice for our small group. No street noise was a priority and fulfilled completely. Knowledgeable courteous staff who gave us great recommendations for restaurants and shopping.
