Fodor's Review:
The 19th-century grand hotel carefully guards its reputation for courtesy and service. Spacious guest rooms all have high ceilings and elegant wood wardrobes or headboards. Public spaces, all connected to the hotel's central oval staircase, are comfortable, small, and pleasantly discreet with panel walls and soft lighting. Pro: In the heart of the shopping district. Con: Busy street outside can sometimes be noisy.
