Generally speaking, buses are a difficult way to come and go in Liguria. Diana Tours (Via G. Ardoino 151, Diano Marina. 800/651931) provides service from the airport in Nice, but there's no bus service between Genoa and other major Italian cities. There's no regular service connecting Genoa with the towns along the Riviera di Ponente. Things are somewhat easier along the Riviera di Levante where Tigullio Trasporti (0185/373234. www.tigulliotrasporti.it) runs regular service.
