Though the chic interior -- lime-green walls lined with framed prints, heavy-duty linens on the table -- could be found anywhere, the kitchen is firmly in the hands of the young and accomplished, Prato-born Massimo Bocus. The menu reflects his passionate commitment to finding the best ingredients, as well as a thorough grounding in Italian food. The wine list has all the usuals, and some excellent choices from less well-known vineyards.
