This 110-year-old institution actually consists of two side-by-side eateries differing in tone, price, and menu. To make up your mind, just look at the two menus outside: while Aurora serves wood-oven pizzas with a choice of 50 toppings, 'O Canonico specializes in homemade pasta and fresh fish, accompanied by a 1,750-label wine cellar. Wherever you sit, you can order the local specialty called delizia al limone, a rich spongy dessert with creamy lemon sauce. Both sets of outdoor tables look discreetly onto Sorrento's Piazza Tasso.
