A 10-minute walk south from the center of Forio takes you to the tranquil setting of one of Campania's finest restaurants. With antipasti such as calamaretti crudi con pera (fresh raw squid with pears) and many tempting pasta dishes, you could be forgiven for skipping the main course. Try the very reasonably priced local wines (both white and red) from the Pietratorcia winery up the road. Dessert, appropriately called dulcis in fundo (the best for last), also merits attention.
