A cave is not where you'd normally expect to find good food, but this one changes the rules. The simple, dark, old restaurant tucked under the road also has a large terrace overlooking the beach. Folks dig its scialatielli Masaniello -- fresh pasta named after the local boy who became a revolutionary in Naples -- as well as its pizza and grilled fish. It's been here for 50 years, a drop in the gulf around these parts. Get a table out on the seafront where you can lean over and see exactly where your meal has come from.
