Previously a pub, this street-level room has stylish contemporary place settings, with leather seats at small wooden tables, and a selection of homemade breads presented on a tray. Chef James Coffe's menu reflects his enthusiasm for fresh Irish produce, simply prepared. Dishes may include rabbit pie, slow cooked belly of pork with apple and raisin jus, or simple Angus rib eye steak with Béarnaise sauce. Some of the ingredients are foraged from the wild, including clams. The food is plated with such flamboyance that you will want to bring your camera.
