Abbey Gate Review

Built on the site of Tralee's old marketplace, in a quiet spot behind the main shopping street, Abbey Gate is an attractive, modern hotel. Guest rooms have country-style wood furniture and large, tile bathrooms. The Old Market Place Pub, an imaginatively designed bar, seats 500 people and has "trad" touches like wooden floors and open fireplaces (there's bar food at lunch, and music and dancing nightly from June to September and at least three nights a week at other times).
