Portora Royal School

Fodor's Review:

Beyond the West Bridge is Portora Royal School, established in 1608 by King James I. On the grounds are some ruins of Portora Castle. Among writers educated here are Samuel Beckett and Oscar Wilde, the pride of the school (until his trial for homosexuality).
