The elegant, New York-vibe dining room has a definite buzz, and numerous Irish celebrities have already made this a regular haunt. Chef Temple Garner likes to take traditional Italian classics and give them a little—just a little—twist. The rabbit with gnocchi, white wine, thyme, and baby carrots is one of the most exciting starters. For mains try the grilled brill with minted risotto verde and white asparagus. Gingered sticky toffee pudding with caramelita (caramel ice cream with soft toffee pieces) is a nice guilty way to finish.
