Húsavík Whale Center & Museum

Húsavík Whale Center & Museum Review

The Húsavík Whale Center & Museum is small and locally run, but is Iceland's main museum dedicated to whales and whaling. It has exhibits on both the utilization and the preservation of whales, as well as on the folklore and natural history of these giants of the deep. A subtle case is made for the sensible utilization of whales, as Norway has been doing recently.
