This rotating restaurant, atop Reykjavík's hot-water distribution tanks on Öskjuhlíð Hill, is the city's most glamorous, with the most spectacular views in town (one revolution takes about two hours). The international menu emphasizes fresh, quality Icelandic ingredients, such as succulent lamb and seafood. Seafood dishes, prepared with the freshest fish available, change often.
