Atop the Saga Hotel near the university campus, this quiet, cozy restaurant has a spectacular view of the capital and the surrounding hinterlands. For less than IKr 7,000, you can try the "Discovery Meal," a four-course feast of the chef's choosing. Highlights of the general menu include seafood and reindeer (in season).
