Situated downtown, this hotel opened its doors in the spring of 2005. Rooms are decorated in pastel colors, and the common areas have lots of natural light from a glass ceiling over the lobby. In the basement, there is a display of the the remains of a Viking longhouse from the 9th century that was found during construction of the hotel.
