Keleti pályaudvar (East Railway Station)

Keleti pályaudvar (East Railway Station) Review

The grandiose, imperial-looking station was built in 1884 and was considered Europe's most modern until well into the 20th century. Its neo-Renaissance facade, which resembles a gateway, is flanked by statues of two British inventors and railway pioneers, James Watt and George Stephenson.Work on the fourth metro line is happening nearby, making things in this area a bit congested and confusing.
