Evangélikus Templom & Evangélikus Múzeum (Lutheran Church & Lutheran Museum)

Evangélikus Templom & Evangélikus Múzeum (Lutheran Church & Lutheran Museum) Review

The neoclassical Lutheran Church sits in the center of it all on busy Deák tér. Classical concerts are regularly held here. The church's interior designer, János Krausz, flouted then-traditional church architecture by placing a single large interior beneath the huge vaulted roof structure. The adjoining school is now the Lutheran Museum, which traces the role of Protestantism in Hungarian history and contains Martin Luther's original will.
