Nestled serenely on the west side of Castle Hill, right above the tunnel that leads to the Chain Bridge, is one of Budapest's comfiest, nay, most euthenics-minded cafés. After trekking all over the Castle just above you, this capacious, covered terrace—with its large white armchairs, intimate lighting, and Mediterranean plants—is just right for kicking back and relaxing in. There's "lounge" music every evening (sometimes live, sometimes compliments of DJs), from swing to jazz to Latin. If you're hungry, there's a restaurant with an open kitchen, too. Go up the short flight of steps to the right of the tunnel entrance on Alagút utca (Tunnel Street).
