All the rooms in this elegant hotel are white, and the wooden furniture and fabrics are reproductions of traditional styles; all have balconies with magnificent views down the olive-tree valley and over the sea to Naxos. Owner George Pittas loves Paros, about which he has published several books. The restaurant is noted for its traditional Greek food; the folk museum here is chockablock with interesting objects.
