Bicycle House Review
The name comes from the bicycle (of the noted late dancer Vasilis Iakoumis) mounted to the front of this house, which contains three lovely units in a complex that overlooks the sea and sunset, is surrounded by greenery, and is scrupulously designed in island style with the addition of modern comforts. Owners Len and Marilyn Rooks are warm and helpful and visitors tend to return, if only to hear more about Len's own cycling exploits (guests are often regaled with these stories at his garden barbecues). You should have your own transportation, though there is a bus. Unusually for a place at this price range, no credit cards are taken and it is open all year. Attractive rooms in the countryside require transportaion or take the bus.
