Set in a tranquil neighborhood, surrounded by a garden, and vaulted and shimmering-white in archetypal Cycladic fashion, this is a nifty option (built in 2002) and one that is open all year. Although just a block or so from the main business square, the immediate precinct is a quiet, domestic neighborhood. Most guest rooms have a tiny balcony overlooking the garden or with an eastern sea view; "family" rooms (which anyone can book) are most spacious, thanks to their impressive double-height loft ceilings. A bit of luxury: some rooms have a Jacuzzi, and breakfast (included) lasts all day.
