There is a decent bus network on all the islands, though there are more-infrequent routes on smaller islands. Buses from Rhodes town leave from two different points on Averoff Street for the island's east and west sides. Symi's and Patmos's bus stations are located on the harbor. Kos has a city bus and KTEL island buses; locations of both stations are expected to change by 2012, so call if you can't find the relevant stop.
