Ayios Vassilios Review
Ayios Vassilios, the closest beach to Patras, is a long stretch of white sand washed by crystal-clear waters. Even so, crowds, freighter traffic, and the looming presence of the Rion suspension bridge spanning the narrows leading into the gulf of Corinth make for a less than idyllic experience.
