Irish-born Susanna Koutoulaki shows a great flare for hospitality as well as a knack for traditional Greek cooking, while an out-of-the-way corner of the Old Town next to the city walls adds a dash of romantic atmosphere to a meal. Eggplant simmered with walnuts, fennel pies, and onion fitters are great preludes to such main courses as oven-baked lamb and a memorable moussaka.
