Akanthus - Papaioannou Review
This lively club restaurant located within the Asteras Seaside complex (of pools, beaches, restaurants and clubs), offers two dining options apart from the golden opportunity to hang out with Athens' most beautiful crowd. In the Akanthus restaurant, chef Stratis Liapis creates Mediterranean dishes with a twist, while for the summer months "Papaioannou," one of the best fish restaurants in the country, relocates here, offering its dedicated clientele the chance to enjoy traditional fish dishes and splendid sea food under the summer sky and right on the beach front. Even better: the dance club is right next door so fun can continue after dinner. Live Greek music parties are organized every Sunday, mainstream Pop parties every Thursday (entrance: 10 euros).
