Nissia Traditional Residences Review

The plain, rather austere facade of this restored 1920s industrial complex conceals a village of self-contained villas arranged around a swimming pool. Each apartment is named after an island; cheery white rooms, with wood and built-in furniture, have splashes of a primary color on the pillows and upholstery—lemon yellow, bright blue check, or red-and-white stripe. Even the studios (which overlook the garden) seem roomy, and sea-view apartments have spacious sitting areas with fireplaces. Aristocratic walnut dining sets, love seats, and beds furnish the huge, splurge-worthy, two-story Presidential Residences.
