Fodor's Review

Claim a place at the bar of this sophisticated and pricey beachside restaurant, which is now also open for brunch, and observe the fashionable exchange air kisses while casting an eye around to see who's watching. People come in waves, either by car or yacht: some early for drinks, some late for dancing, and some flowing from the bar to the restaurant to the disco in this complex. Palm trees, bamboo, flowering shrubs, and staggered terraces create an elegant and slightly

exotic backdrop for one of the city's hottest summer hangouts; inside, it is all white sofas and billowing drapes, outside the main terrace's gigantic red awnings excite the eye. Experienced chef Nikos Skliras oversees the restaurant's creative Mediterranean cuisine, utilizing ingredients such as saffron and feta. His fine cuisine comes at a price, but you can sample some of these flavors at the bar for less. While there, get started with the simply exquisite tapas.
