Despite the regular influx of local celebrities, this modern, industrial looking bar-restaurant near the train tracks has never lost its friendly, down-to-earth face (after all, prosopa means "faces" in Greek). Service is impeccable —expect to be treated "on the house" with a plate of appetizers upon arrival, as well as with dessert and liqueurs upon departure. Menu faves include shrimp wrapped in spaghetti of potato and mango sauce; vegetable salad with hot goat
cheese, pistachio, and apple vinagrette; or the rump steak with espresso sauce and figs. Food and wine are of exceptional quality, music is played at the right level, the waiting staff is attentive and helpful: this hip eaterie is definitely worth the short taxi ride to its slightly off-the-beaten-track location (where it moved from its previous home in 2009). On Sunday lunch is also available.
