Schlosshotel Lisl und Jägerhaus Review

These jointly run 19th-century properties are across the street from one another, and share views of the nearby castles. The intimate Jägerhaus has four suites, seven double rooms, and one single room all decorated with floral wallpaper and drapery. The bathrooms have swan-motif golden fixtures. It's the slightly more expensive and upscale of the two properties. The Lisl's rooms have bright blue carpeting and fabrics. The restaurant, Salon Wittelsbacher ($-$$), provides a view of Neuschwanstein as well as a tasty dish of Tafelspitz (boiled beef with horseradish).
