Whether you come here to eat or stay, be prepared for incredible views. In the main restaurant ($-$$) on the 16th floor, the international dishes are good but they can't compare with the panorama offered from the huge floor-to-ceiling windows: the Old Town of Ulm with the cathedral, the Danube, and the Swabian Alb, a long plateau, are all visible. The large, luxurious bar, with cozy corners and live piano music every night, has become a favorite with guests. Ask for weekend rates.
