Strandhaus

Strandhaus Review

On a quiet residential street, and hidden from view in summer by an ivy-covered patio, this restaurant feels like a true escape—befitting its laid-back name ("beach house"). Chef Astrid Kuth insists on local produce, and presents her delicate, innovatively spiced food with flair, but no fuss. A carefully compiled wine list long on Geman bottles, along with a frequently changing menu, means locals come here frequently.
