Im Schiffchen Review
Although it's out of the way, a meal at one of Germany's best restaurants makes it worth a trip. This is grande luxe, with cooking, under chef Jean-Claude Bourgueil, that's a fine art. The restaurant Jean-Claude's, on the ground floor, features lighter Continental created by the same chef but at lower prices. There are more than 1,100 wines in the cellar, many available by the glass.
