Fodor's Review:

Originally used to store salt, these 16th-century cellars by the fast-flowing Alb River now welcome diners who come to enjoy international fare. Flammkuchen, a pizzalike pie from neighboring Alsace, is a local favorite, as are snail dishes. Tables at the back have a river view. There's also a pleasant terrace for summer dining.
